1. 16:9 비율의 4K 영상 이내의 영상만 주문 할 수 있습니다.

2. 3분 미만의 영상만 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

3. 공개되지 않은 프로그램을 사용하며, AI를 이용하여 보정되기 때문에 인식되지 않는 경우 부분적으로 오류가 발생될 수 있습니다. 이 부분에 대해서는 환불되지 않습니다.

4. 일부 화질의 손상이 발생될 수 있습니다.

5. 결제를 완료한 후에 "v.hello@daum.net" 이메일로 영상을 첨부하여 보내주시기 바랍니다. 주문자의 이름으로 발송해주셔야 합니다.

6. 해당 서비스의 특성 상 이메일을 보낸 직후부터 환불이 진행되지 않습니다.

7. 상품에 대한 상세한 문의는 "v.hello@daum.net" 이메일 문의로 가능하며, 이메일 문의에 대한 회신속도는 늦어질 수 있습니다.

8. 전액 할인쿠폰으로 주문 시 사용한 영상의 일부가 포트폴리오로 사용될 수 있습니다.

9. 책상에 앉아있거나, 움직임이 적은 피사체에 사용을 권장합니다.

10. 주문량에 따라 작업속도가 지연될 수 있습니다. 업로드 예정일자가 있다면 주의해주시기 바랍니다.

Correct the lines of your face in the video. Please check the details below carefully. With this service, the line of the face is corrected in 2 steps (FACE+).

1. You can only order video within 4K video in 16:9 ratio.

2. You can use the service only for videos less than 3 minutes.

3. An unpublished program is used, and since it is calibrated using AI, if it is not recognized, an error may occur partially. There is no refund for this part.

5. After completing the payment, please attach the video to “v.hello@daum.net” and send it to us. It must be sent in the name of the orderer.
